Trained in wine (WSET levels 1, 2 and 3, sake, Franck Thomas course), he has worked in a wine shop and judged tastings before starting to teach himself. The founder behind Mon Sommelier: wine experiences and an AI-powered wine recognition app.
Jaimes De Sousa Gomes
Co-founder and sommelier
Co-founder of Mon Sommelier with Alexandre, he has worked in a wine shop. A passionate sommelier, he designs and hosts the tasting experiences. He was responsible for creating the RDV Gourmet branch.

We explain without jargon. Everyone leaves with a method they can reuse at home.
Friendliness
Small groups of up to 12 guests: we talk, laugh and taste together.
