Terms of sale

1. Publisher and scope

These terms govern the sale of wine tasting services and gift cards by PRYZM SAS (SIREN 981 043 029), registered office 81 rue Marcadet, 75018 Paris, under the Mon Sommelier brand. They apply to any order placed by a consumer or a business customer.

2. Services and booking

The customer books online by choosing a session and a number of places: the booking is firm once payment is confirmed, and places are held for 30 minutes during payment. Online bookings close 24 h before the session starts. The customer may also send a slot request (website form, email or messaging): the booking is then firm once Mon Sommelier confirms it by email, stating the date, time, venue and price. Information published on the website (duration, content, number of wines) is indicative and may be adapted.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, taxes included, per person, unless stated otherwise. For groups, companies and private events, the price is set by quote.

4. Payment

Payment is made online by bank card through the secure Stripe platform, at the time of booking (for slot requests and quotes, as set out in the confirmation email). Mon Sommelier does not store card data.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

Free cancellation up to 48 h before the tasting, directly from the booking confirmation page: the refund is automatic, to the payment method used. After that the place is non-refundable; it can be moved once, on request and subject to availability. Mon Sommelier may cancel or reschedule a tasting if the host is unavailable or in case of force majeure; the customer is then refunded or offered another slot.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under article L.221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services to be provided on a specific date or at a specific frequency.

7. Minimum age and alcohol

Tastings include alcoholic drinks and are for guests aged 18 and over; ID may be requested. Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to your health. Please enjoy responsibly.

8. Behaviour and liability

Guests agree to respect the venue, other guests and the host's instructions. Mon Sommelier may refuse entry or remove a person whose behaviour disrupts the tasting, without refund. Each guest remains responsible for their journey home.

9. Gift cards

The gift card is valid for 12 months from issue, for the experiences offered, subject to availability. It is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.

10. Personal data

Collected data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

11. Complaints and consumer mediation

If you have a problem, you can first write to contact@monsommelier.eu: we reply as soon as possible. Under article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have the right to use a consumer mediator, free of charge, to settle a dispute with a business amicably. The mediator's contact details are provided on request at contact@monsommelier.eu.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable solution, French courts have jurisdiction.
