Pâté-croûte, a great classic of French charcuterie, meets wine: a gourmet, educational tasting designed to be as fun as it is delicious.

Pâté-croûte is a meat pâté baked in a pastry crust, then filled with jelly. A staple of French charcuterie, both rustic and refined, it is served cold, in slices. Its richness, fat and spices call for fresh, lively or structured wines: that is the playground we explore together.
Beginners and food-loving enthusiasts, solo, as a couple or with friends.
